Whistler is the jewel of British Columbia. It has a majestic pedestrian village at the base of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain with iconic views of the Canadian Rockies. Whistler is also known for its skiing and snowboarding, which is why two million people visit this ski hub each year. Whistler receives an average of 10.6 metres of snow annually. During the summer, it is a popular destination for hiking and camping. There are hundreds of breathtaking hiking trails around Whistler such as the Ancient Cedars Hike, Rainbow Lake Trail, Skywalk Hike, Wedgemount Hike and many more.

How to get there:

Whistler is approximately 2.5 hours drive from Vancouver International Airport. There are also some epic bus rides from Vancouver for only $24 (one way). You can also rent a car directly at the airport.
