Situated in Oaxaca, Hierve el Agua is a spectacular rock formation, with mineral pools. After taking a refreshing swim, you can hike down the small loop for a better view of the calcified waterfalls. The entrance fee does not exceed $25.

How to get there:

The best option to reach Hierve el Agua is to take a colectivo, which is a standard car that looks like a taxi. These vehicles are available for the same price as buses that depart from Oaxaca. The site is located about 70 km east of Oaxaca City
