An extremely popular snorkel and dive site

A natural marvel

Gandoca Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge is a beautiful place known for snorkeling. For about $50 per person, you can go on an off-shore snorkeling tour off Cahuita. The warm turquoise waters of Gandoca Manzanillo are filled with bright tropical fish, small reefs, sea horses, manatees, dolphins, nesting turtles and even a few whale sharks and dolphins. There is no entry fee or permit necessary to access the park.
