Dettifoss is the most voluminous waterfall in Iceland measuring 45 meters high and 100 meters wide. It is situated on the Jökulsá á Fjöllum river, which flows from the Vatnajökull glacier and collects water from a larger area in Northeast Iceland.

You can get there by car. Take Road 864 off of Road 85 and it will will bring you to straight to the Dettifoss waterfalls.
