Silfra is the only place in the world where you can snorkel or dive directly into a fissure between two tectonic plates. While there are no fish on this dive, the water is of incomparable clarity and the sub aquatic environment is breathtaking. You should definitely book a tour or hire an experienced diving instructor to see these waters.
