One of the most famous parks in New York

A breathtaking natural beauty

Watkins Glen State Park is a 778-acre of woodland and narrow gorge, cut through rock by a stream named, Glen Creek. It also features the famous Rainbow Bridge and Falls. The park has three scenic trails which are opened mid-May to early November. The hike to the gorge takes approximately 2 hours, round-trip. The entrance fee costs $8 per vehicle. The park also has a comfortable camping sites opened to the public.

How to get there:

Closest Airport. The closest airport is Elmira-Corning Regional Airport, which is a 35 minute drive from Downtown Watkins Glen. There are Greyhound bus stations in both Corning and Ithaca, located about 30 minutes from Downtown Watkins Glen. You can also drive your own car or rent one to reach the State Park.
