An amazing adventure in the Himalayas

One of the world's highest altitude lake

Tilicho Lake is located at an altitude of 4,919 metres. It is known for its turquoise waters and the panoramic scenery of the snow-capped mountains. The lake is also a side hike of the Annapurna Circuit Trek. The final hike to the lake is completed in a day hike from the main lodge at Tilicho Base Camp. Fun fact: no aquatic organism has been recorded in the lake

Located in the Manang district of Nepal

How to get there:

It is not easy to get to the lake. From Pisang, will will need to trek to Manang, then to ShreeKharka and finally to Tilicho Base Camp. This excursion takes usually 5 days and you can rest in the mountain lodges.
