The most popular and photographed temple

One of Bali's most important landmarks

The Tanah Lot Temple is an iconic monument located on a large rock off the coast. The temple itself is forbidden to any non-Balinese visitors and can be approached by foot at low-tide. The temple remains very impressive to look at from the outside and it is a perfect place to watch the sunset.
