Broken Beach, in Nusa Penida, is an arched tunnel carved into a cliff which allows the ocean to flow into a turquoise pool. Five minutes right of Broken Beach is Angel’s Billabong, which is an incredible rock formation with a crystal-clear tide pool cascade. On your way to Angel’s Billabong from Broken Beach, you will pass by Manta Ray Viewpoint, which offers an observation of giant manta rays lurking in the waters.
