The largest tree in the world

One of Mother Nature's crown jewels

Sequoia is a magnificent National Park in the southern Sierra Nevada. It is known for its huge sequoia trees, notably the General Sherman Tree dominating the Giant Forest. Trees Trail and Tokopah Falls Trail, and take in spectacular views from Moro Rock. The park is open 24/7, year-round but the best time to visit the park is from June to August when the weather is the most stable. The park entrance fee is $35 per vehicles or 20$ if you are on foot or on bike.

How to get there:

The closest commercial airports to Sequoia National Park are Fresno Yosemite International Airport and Visalia Municipal Airport. You can take a flight to one of these airports, then rent a car and explore the scenic drive to Sequoia National Park.
