Nohoch Che'en Caves, known as "Caves Branch" is situated in Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve. It offers a dramatic limestone cave system with a total of nine caves. The river that runs through the caves make for the perfect activities, such as cave-tubing, kayaking and spelunking. You won't regret this unique exerience. Note, that you can only enter the caves with a licensed guide. You can book a tour in advance or at the information center at the entrance of the reserve. Cave tubing at Nohoch Che'en costs approximately $85 USD.
Caves Branch is situated 30 minutes away from Belmopan City, and 1 hour from San Ignacio Cayo. You can easily get to Nohoch Che’en Cave by bus and get off at the sign indicating its location. Additionally, if you happen to have a personal vehicle at your disposal, you can easily drive to the site.
