The best option to get to Los Cajones de Chame is to drive there yourself. The canyon is situated only 90 minutes from Panama City. You will see the “Los Cajones” sign next to a dirt road while driving on Bejuco-Sora Road. While some discourage taking the bus to the canyon, note that there is a bus that reaches Chame from Albrook Bus Station. It has a few daily departures and costs $2.50.
