The gateway to the Himalayas

The Valley is scattered with at least 130 important monuments, including several pilgrimage sites for Hindus and Buddhists. There are at least 7 monuments designated as UNESCO World Heritage Sites located in the Valley. There is a lot to see and a lot to do : mountain biking, trekking, hilltop temples and more.

Located in the Kathmandu District, Lalitpur District and Bhaktapur District. The Valley covers an area of 220 square miles

How to get there:

The Valley is a vast region, providing many options to reach it. You can take an intercity bus, day or night, or you can rent a car to reach Kathmandu Valley.
