One of the world's most famous natural wonders

The dramatically-scenic Nāpali Coast

The Kalalau Trail is an iconic trail along Nā Pali that runs approximately 11 miles along the picturesque cliffs of the coast. The panoramic views throughout the hike are breathtaking. You will hike along coasts to valleys, over freshwater streams and finally, to the magnificent Hanakapi'ai Waterfalls . It is not an easy hike, but it is rewarding and definitely worth the effort. We recommend to bring lots of water, stay hydrated and invest in some good hiking shoes.

You must be the change you wish to see in the world.

Located along the Island's North Shore from Keʻe Beach to the Kalalau Valley

How to get there:

KAUAI – The easiest way to get there is definitely by car or hitchhiking, which is a common thing on the island of Kauai. To reach the trailhead, you have to drive all the way north to the end of the road at the parking lot. There, you’ll see the trailhead next to a large sign labeled ‘Kalalau Trail’.

  1. Crazy trail !! I loved it ! Bring a lot of WATER ! If you are planning on reaching the waterfalls, you must be prepared, good shoes, snacks and lots of water! It’s super muddy and slippery if it rained the last few days, be careful.
