The traditional Hindu gate of Handara is well known for it's picture-perfect sceneries and spectacular views. Instagram posts have made Handara Gate a popular attraction for pictures, but it is actually the entrance to a golf resort. There is an entrance fee of IDR 30,000 per person to get to the gate.
The easiest way to get to the gate is to drive there yourself with a scooter. It is an hour and a half drive from Canggu, Seminyak or Kuta. The gate is located directly on the side of the road and there is a huge sign showing you which direction to take. You can’t miss it!
