Copper Canyon is a series of massive canyons situated in the Sierra Madre Occidental mountains. It is known for its spectacular landscapes and opportunities for outdoor adventures like: hiking, biking, trekking, horseback and four-wheeling. The famous train journey offers incredible views of the canyon along the way.

Located in the southwestern part of the state of Chihuahua in northwestern Mexico

How to get there:

Many travel to Copper Canyon via train due to the journey’s dramatic sceneries. The famous Chepe Train connects the surrounding regions through 80 tunnels and nearly 40 bridges. You can book your ticket in advance at Chihuahua or Los Mochis Station.
