Bocas del Toro is an island chain off of the Caribbean Coast. Bocas Town is the capital of Bocas del Toro Province, a central hub full of restaurants, shops and nightlife. Bocas offers popular beaches including Boca del Drago and Starfish Beach, which gets its name due to the numerous sea stars on its ocean floor.

Bocas Town, is the capital of the Panamanian province of Bocas del Toro, in the district of Bocas del Toro.

How to get there:

The easiest way to get to Bocas is to fly from Panama City, which takes approximately 30 minutes. You can also take a bus or drive to Almirante, which can take up to 10 hours. Thereafter, you can take a boat to Bocas del Toro.
