Wanaka is a lively town in the South Island with spectacular views of snow-capped mountains and clear water lakes. The city of Wanaka is also a popular ski and summer resort town. Wanaka is easily accessible by car or bus. Wanaka is a town located an hour away from Queenstown Airport. Christchurch and Dunedin are also a few hours drive from Wanaka.
