Spotted Lake is a small lake, rich in minerals. The lake is located on a private property so you cannot get too close or swim in it, but the view and photo opportunities from the highway are excellent. It is a sacred site to the First Nations People of the Osoyoos area that has been considered a revered place of healing for centuries
To reach Spotted Lake, follow Highway 3 west of Osoyoos for 10 km. The best option is to rent a car and to drive there on your own. Hitchhiking is also a common thing in this area.
