Lake Louise is known for its turquoise, glacier-fed lake ringed by high peaks and overlooked by a stately chateau. Hiking trails wind up to Lake Agnes Tea House for a bird's-eye view. There is a canoe dock in summer and a skating rink on the frozen lake during the winter. Moraine Lake is also a glacially fed lake located 14 kilometres outside of the Village of Lake Louise. It is situated in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, at an elevation of approximately 6,183 feet. Swimming and fishing in these lakes is forbidden.
You can get to lake louise / Moraine lake by car, by bus or hitchhiking. There is a huge parking lot available. You can also take a shuttle bus from Lake louise to Moraine lake because they are close to each other

Lake Louise is a short drive from Moraine Lake. The two lakes offer breathtaking scenery but can sometimes be crowded. Tt is the bluest color of water I have seen in my life! the mountains, the lake and the glaciers are picturesque.
