The Maijishan Grottoes, located in Gansu Province, China, are a remarkable complex of Buddhist cave temples and sculptures. Carved into the cliffs of the Maijishan Mountain, these grottoes date back to the late 4th century and house over 7,200 statues and numerous frescoes.
