A thrilling experience

Unique biological landscapes

The Galets carries its name because of its enormous flat rocks that skirt the canyon of the deep Jacques Cartier River. During summer, it is a popular place to enjoy the sun with some friends, drink a cold beer and cool off in the river. It is indeed a popular place for cliff jumping: it offers easily accessible heights that range from 5 to 60 feet. Beware of the risks of the river. Mixing alcohol while cliff jumping is not a good idea. Be careful out there and enjoy!

How to get there:

Les Galets are easily accessible by car. There is a parking lot right next to them. From there, it is a 5 minute walk into the woods and down to the river.
