Taghazout and Imsouane are coastal villagee in southwestern Morocco, located about 20 and 70 kilometers north of the city of Agadir. It is a popular destination for surfing enthusiasts, thanks to its great waves and consistent swells. In recent years, Taghazout has become a trendy spot for travelers looking for a laid-back beach holiday, with a growing number of surf camps, yoga retreats, and boutique hotels. If you do not have a rental car to move to different surf spot i would recommend to settle to Imsouane. It has 2 world class surf spot called "The bay" & "Caterderal"
You can easily take a taxi from Agadir or Essaouira to Imsouane or Taghazout. Share it with some people, it’s obviously cheaper. Hitchhiking is also common in Morocco.
