Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park is well-known for its numerous waterfalls, its dramatic canyons and its rich wildlife such as jaguars, armadillos, and toucans . There are plenty of reasons to go to Chapada dos Veadeiros, the main highlights attraction of the park are: The Vale da Lua (Moon Valley), Santa Barbara Waterfall, Couros Fall, Almécegas waterfalls 1 and 2 and more.You can stay at Alto Paraíso and São Jorge during your visit, These two villages are located near the entrance of the national park.

Located in the state of Goiás

How to get there:

The two closest towns are Alto Paraiso de Goias or to São Jorge but there is no direct flight there. So the best option to get to Chapadas dos Veadeiros National Park is to fly to Brasilia first and then either take a bus there or hire a car and drive yourself.
