The scenic cliff formation of Portugal

Known as “Mouth of Hell”

Boca do inferno is an impressive cliff formation located close to the town of Cascais where there is no entrance fee. You can admire the force of the Atlantic Ocean smashing into the cliffs.

Located in the seaside cliffs close to the Portuguese city of Cascais, in the district of Lisbon.

How to get there:

The train from Lisbon is the best way to get to the cliffs. Nevertheless, it is also easily accessible by taxi or car. Thereafter, it is a 20 minute walk from downtown Cascais.
