The Blue Lagoon is a geothermal spa located in a lava field near Grindavík on the Reykjanes Peninsula. The 100°F water is all natural, and filled with minerals like silica and sulfur, which are said to be great for skin and worth a visit. The entrance fee is ISK 6 990.

How to get there:

Blue Lagoon is only 20 minutes drive from Keflavík Airport and 50 minutes from Reykjavík. The SmartBus company meets all arriving buses from the Blue Lagoon and drives you to your accommodation or to the nearest bus stop.
