Located in El Djem, Tunisia, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheaters in the world. Built in the 3rd century, it could seat up to 35,000 spectators and hosted gladiator games, chariot races, and other grand spectacles. Its towering walls and intricate corridors showcase remarkable Roman engineering. Visitors can explore the underground chambers and climb to the top for panoramic views of the surrounding town.
