The Chicamocha Canyon is a sample of natural beauty, wilderness, dramatic landscapes and an excellent destination for nature lovers in general. With a depth of 2000 metres and a length of 227 kilometres, Chicamocha Canyon is considered as one of the largest canyons in the world. There are a few hiking trails and lookouts around the Chicamocha Canyon, but the most popular one is the 2-day-1-night Camino Real Trek. This trek starts from Cabrera and ends at Los Santos, for a total distance of 42.5 km. The well-marked trail will take you to some iconic viewpoints in and out the canyon.
