From the caribbean sea to the mountains.

Tayrona National Park has it all!

Tayrona National Natural Park is a protected area that offers a variety of climates. These climates range from arid sea levels to crisp mountain winds. It is rich in wildlife, home to approximately 108 species of mammals and 300 species of birds. There are plenty of hiking trails in the park: the two main trails leave from El Cabo and El Pueblito, and offer unique sights of the rainforest and biodiversity. The El Pueblito trail will take you to an archaeological site named "Pueblito Ruins", which include terraces and structures built by the Tayrona civilization. On the park's coastline, you will find some beautiful white-sand beaches with dramatic coral reefs, perfect for swimming, snorkeling or just to cool off after a hike. The entrance fee to the park is COP $54,500.
