The Verzasca Mountain River is known for its clear turquoise waters and colored rocks. It is a popular swimming diving/snorkeling location. You can bungee jump into the canyon and near the river.

How to get there:
It is a two and a half hour drive from Zurich, and 30 minutes from Locarno to get to the river. Near the bridge, there is a parking lot. You can also take a train or a bus to Tenero and then to Lavertezzo.
