Iconic historical scenery

One of the Three Great Waterfalls of Japan

Kegon Falls, situated in Nikko National Park, is an impressive 100m waterfall. The falls were formed when the Daiya River was rerouted by lava flows. Kegon Falls can be seen from a free observation platform that is easily accessible by foot, as well as from a paying-platform at the base of the falls which is 570 yen per person to get on it.
